The customer scans the table QR
The table QR opens the right venue menu. Guests can browse without downloading an app or creating an account.
A guest orders, a staff member serves and your records update. Here’s how LeisureOS keeps each step connected.
Guests see progress, staff see their next task and you see the business activity.
The table QR opens the right venue menu. Guests can browse without downloading an app or creating an account.
The guest chooses items at the current menu prices. Available staff can see the new table request.
An available staff member accepts the table. Further orders, calls for help and payment requests go to them.
Marking an order served records the sale. Linked stock is deducted and the item cost is recorded.
Guests can order again without starting a separate bill. Staff and guests see the running total.
Staff record cash, POS or transfer payments, including part payments. The remaining balance stays visible.
When all orders are served and the bill is paid, staff close the table for the next guests.
Review the sale, payment, item costs, stock changes and staff activity in your dashboard.
A served order adds to sales. A recorded payment adds to money received. Any unpaid amount remains visible as a balance to collect.
Record pool entry when access begins. Track the payment received and any balance due separately.
Record a deposit before the booking takes place. Prevent overlapping reservations for the same space.
Review reports built from the sales, payments and expenses recorded by your team.
